Full payment is required to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel, please tell us ahead of time. With more than 30 days’ notice for a cancellation, we will refund your payment, less a $250 administrative fee, or you can postpone your booking to another date at no charge. With less than 30 days’ notice, no refund will be available.
Reasonable cleaning costs are included in the rental fee. Guests agree to be billed to replace items that are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, and to pay additional cleaning charges if they smoke inside the buildings or leave Thalia Haven requiring unusual cleaning.
A $500 damage deposit will be held prior to arrival.
